Deviled eggs are a staple dish in every household during the holidays or any special occasion. This is an appetizer that should never go missing on our table during parties or even at a normal mealtime. There are a lot of ways to prepare and cook deviled eggs, but one of my favorites is by frying them, I love them crispy fried as the texture is a great combination with the silky yolk filling.

Step 1
Peel and cut the eggs in half lengthwise, then remove the yolks, and put them in a mixing bowl. Add the mayonnaise, chopped dill, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, ½ teaspoon of salt, a pinch of ground pepper, and hot sauce. Using a fork, mix everything until fully combined, then transfer the mixture to a piping bag, and set aside.
Step 2
Place a Dutch oven or heavy-bottomed pot on a stove, then add the oil until about 1½ inches high, and heat it until it reaches a temperature of 350°F to 360°F. Put some flour in a small mixing bowl, then beat together the eggs in a separate bowl, and put the breadcrumbs in a separate bowl.

Step 3
In the bowl of breadcrumbs, add the Parmesan cheese, ¼ teaspoon of salt, a pinch of ground pepper, and cayenne, then dredge the egg white half in flour, and shake off the excess. Dip the coated egg white in the beaten egg, then coat it with breadcrumbs, and repeat the same to the remaining egg white halves.
Step 4
Fry the coated egg whites in the hot oil until crispy and golden brown, then transfer it to a plate lined with a paper towel to drain off excess oil, and continue to deep fry the rest. Once the fried egg whites have slightly cooled, pipe the egg yolk mixture to each, and garnish with fresh dill and paprika. Serve and enjoy!
