Brussels sprouts have never been a favorite of mine that much and there are only a few dishes that I can eat of it, but when I discovered this recipe by SideChef on YouTube, Brussels sprouts has now been a staple food in my kitchen.

Cooking Brussels sprouts makes them so crispy and chip-like, perfect for snack times or to serve as a side dish. You can serve this on special occasions, parties, or even on an ordinary mealtime. Learn how to make this in as fast as 20 minutes with this video tutorial!
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 325°F or 160°C, then trim the bottom of the Brussels sprouts, and gently pull the leaves off. Trim more of the bottom as you go, then place the leaves in a large mixing bowl, and set them aside.

Step 2
Get a smaller bowl, then add the olive oil, garlic powder, and sea salt, and stir everything until uniform and incorporated. Drizzle the seasoned oil into the leaves, then give them a good toss until combined and coated, and transfer them to 2 baking sheets.
Step 3
Spread them out in a single layer, then place them in the preheated oven, and allow them to bake for about 10 to 15 minutes or until the leaves are crispy and golden brown. Serve them immediately and enjoy!
