These crescent rolls are so flavorful and soft that you won’t want to stop eating until all the serving is gone. They are best served while still warm and fresh from the oven, and they go perfectly with any spread, glaze, or topping that you want.

What I love the most about homemade breads like this is the fact that they are super easy to make and they’re also much better than store-bought or those that are sold in bakeries. So, if you want to learn how to make this and give it a try at home, then watch this video tutorial by Joanna Cismaru on YouTube.
Step 1
In a small bowl, add the water and yeast, then give them a good stir to combine, and let it sit for about 10 to 15 minutes or until it starts to foam. In a microwave-safe bowl, add the milk, sugar, and ¼ cup of butter, then mix them well, and microwave them for about 1 minute until melted.
Step 2
Take it out of the microwave and give the mixture a good whisk until completely melted and incorporated, then let it cool for a bit before adding the egg, and continue to whisk to combine. In the bowl of a stand mixer, add 4 cups of flour followed by the salt, then beat them to mix, and pour in the milk mixture and yeast mixture.
Step 3
Beat everything together with a dough hook attachment for a couple of minutes until smooth dough. Transfer the dough to an oiled mixing bowl, then cover it with a clean damp kitchen towel or plastic wrap, and allow it to rest until double in size. Once ready, punch the dough to degas it, then cut it into 2 equal parts, and roll each dough into a 14-inch circle.
Step 4
Spread the remaining butter over the top, then cut them into 12 pieces evenly as shown in the video, and start rolling each dough triangle starting from the wide end. Curve them slightly to make a crescent form, then place them on a baking sheet greased with butter, and do the same for the rest of the dough pieces.
Step 5
Preheat your oven to 350°F, then set the rolls aside, and let them rest until double in size. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and allow them to bake for about 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown. Brush the freshly baked rolls with melted butter and serve. Enjoy!
