Whenever we eat at the restaurant, I always order coleslaw if it’s available because it’s one of my favorite side dishes of all time. I love how deliciously creamy and crunchy it is, plus, it tastes good on the side of any main dish. There is some ready-to-eat coleslaw that you can buy at the store and even online, but I prefer when they are freshly made at the restaurant, but most especially, when they’re homemade.

Grate the white cabbage and carrots using a mandoline until fine and even strips, then put them in a large bowl, grate the onion, and put them in the same bowl as well. Add in the mayonnaise, sour cream, white wine vinegar, salt, sugar, mustard powder, and white pepper, then stir everything until evenly and thoroughly combined. Serve immediately or cover, then place in the refrigerator, and let it sit for up to 2 to 3 days. Enjoy!
