Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, add the softened butter and softened cream cheese, then beat them together until light and fluffy before adding the sugar, and continue beating them together over medium-high speed setting until the mixture turns pale yellow. Scrape the sides and bottom with a spatula, then continue beating, add the eggs one at a time making sure to mix in between each addition, and beat them together until well combined. Add the vanilla, then sift together the cake flour, baking powder, and salt, and fold them together until incorporated.

Step 2
Switch to a hand mixer, then continue beating them to combine while adding the milk and oil, and mix until well incorporated. Grease a 9×4-inch bundt pan by brushing the sides and bottom with butter, then pour the cake batter spreading it evenly, and tap it a few times to release the trapped air bubbles. Put it in the preheated oven at 160°C or 320°F, then let it bake for about 40 to 50 minutes or until it has passed the toothpick test, and let it cool down completely. Once cooled down, unmold the cake upside down, then slice, serve, and enjoy!
