Ingredients for Cookie Dough Dip:

1½ (8 ounces) blocks of cream cheese, softened
¼ cup of butter, softened
¼ cup of powdered sugar
¼ cup of brown sugar
1 tsp of pure vanilla extract
A pinch of kosher salt
½ cup of mini chocolate chips
Pretzel crisps, for serving

How to Make a Cookie Dough Dip:

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, add the softened cream cheese and butter, then beat them until smooth and fluffy, and then add in the powdered sugar. Continue to beat, then add the brown sugar, and beat again until incorporated and no lumps remain.

Step 2

Add the vanilla extract, then beat them for the last time until incorporated, add the salt and mini chocolate chips, and fold them until evenly distributed and combined. Serve with the pretzel crisps and enjoy!
