These cookies are pretty simple to make and I bet that even newbie or beginner bakers can make them perfectly on their first try. This video tutorial by Amy Lynn’s Kitchen on YouTube will show you how to make the perfect confetti cookies with just a few easy steps.
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350°F, then line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and set it aside. In a large mixing bowl, add the flour, baking powder, cream of tartar, and baking soda, then whisk them together until uniform and combined, and set the mixture aside.
Step 2
In another mixing bowl, add the butter and sugar, then beat them until fluffy and combined, add the egg and vanilla, and continue to beat them until well combined. Slowly add in the flour mixture, then mix until incorporated.
Step 3
Add the sprinkles and fold them until evenly distributed, then using a 2-tablespoon cookie or ice cream scoop, scoop the batter. Drop it onto the prepared baking sheet, and make sure to space them at least 2 inches apart evenly.
Step 4
Place them in the preheated oven to bake for about 1- to 12 minutes or until the edges start to turn golden brown, then transfer them to the counter, and let allow them to cool for around 4 to 5 minutes. Transfer the cookies to a wire rack to cool completely, then serve, and enjoy!
