Prepare all of the veggies and chicken, then crush the ramen noodles, and discard the flavor packet. In a large bowl, add the lettuce, red cabbage, chicken, mandarin oranges, crushed ramen noodles, carrots, green onions, and sliced almonds.

In a small bowl, add the vinegar, honey, sesame oil, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic, then whisk them together until uniform, and slowly drizzle the vegetable oil while whisking continuously until emulsified.
Step 3
Once the dressing is ready, drizzle it over the salad, then toss everything together until well combined and evenly coated, and serve it immediately. Enjoy!
