My Sister made some homemade chili a few days ago and we still have some leftovers in the fridge, but we’re looking for a new way to re-invent or level up the dish so that we can serve a whole new chili on the table. That’s when I found this recipe by My Ol’ Lady’s Cookin’ Show on YouTube, it looks so interesting and yummy at the same time, but what caught my attention is how quick it is to prepare, that way I can still make another dish to serve to the table just in time for dinner. It also helps that I do have some hotdogs and cheese available in my fridge as well, so all I have left to purchase is a can of biscuits. Cooking this dish was so worth it because my family loved it so much! I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as I did, too.
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 375°F, then grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray, and set it aside for later. In a large mixing bowl, add hotdogs, chili, 1 cup of shredded cheddar, and cut biscuits, then mix them all together until well combined, and transfer them to the prepared dish.

Step 2
Spread them evenly, then cover them with aluminum foil, and place them in the preheated oven. Allow it to bake for about 30 minutes, then remove the foil, sprinkle the remaining portion of shredded cheese all over the top, and put it back in the oven. Allow them to bake uncovered for 20 more minutes, then serve, and enjoy!
