Step 1
Chop the onions and green onions, then cut the potatoes into quarters, and slice the chicken into smaller pieces. In a blender or food processor, add the chicken, potatoes, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, bread crumbs, chopped onions, and chopped green onions, then blend them together until fine and well combined, and transfer them to a piping bag. Pipe the mixture into donut shapes on a flat container lined with parchment paper, then cover it with the lid, and freeze it for at least 1 hour until set and solid. In a saucepan, add the butter, minced garlic, sugar, mayonnaise, milk, and cheese (you can use only cheddar or mix it together with cream, mozzarella, and Goda cheese).

Now, melt them over low heat while stirring consistently until smooth, and bring them to a boil for another minute before removing them from the heat. Once the cheese is done cooking, transfer it to a serving dish or bowl, and set it aside. Take the frozen chicken potato donuts out of the fridge, then dredge them in cornstarch, dip them in egg, and coat them with breadcrumbs. Deep fry them in preheated oil until both sides are crispy and golden brown making sure to flip them every now and then to avoid them from being burnt, then place them on a plate lined with paper towels, and serve them along with the prepared cheese sauce.
