Preheat your oven to 375°F, then line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and set it aside.

In a medium-sized bowl, add the butter, garlic, parsley, and parmesan cheese, then beat them together over medium speed until creamy and combined, and adjust the taste to your preference.

Slice the French bread open in half crosswise, then place them on the prepared baking sheet with their cut side up, and press them down with a cutting board or another sheet pan to flatten them.
