Place a skillet on a stove over medium-high heat, then cook the ground beef until nice and brown, and drain off the grease. Move the cooked beef to one side, then pour the rice into the space, and add in the onions as well. Mix the rice and onion, then toast for about 2.5 minutes, add the garlic and give them a good stir to combine.
Step 2
Now, add the bell pepper and tomatoes, then mix everything until well combined, and season them with onion powder, paprika, cumin, black pepper, and salt. Pour in the beef broth, then cover the skillet with the lid, and cook the rice for about 15 to 18 minutes until all liquid is gone.
