  • 100g or ¾ cup of flour
  • 120ml or ½ cup of water
  • 3 tbsp of nutritional yeast, optional
  • Spice mix, any spices or seasonings of your choice

Step 1

Peel off the skin of the carrots, then grate the carrots, and transfer them to a large mixing bowl. Add in the water, flour, nutritional yeast, and the seasonings that you want to use, then stir everything together until well combined and then set it aside to rest for a few minutes.

Step 2

Place a skillet on a stove over medium heat, then add the oil coating the pan evenly, and once the oil is hot, drop 2-tablespoon scoops of the carrot mixture into the pan. Cook them in batches to not overcrowd the pan and fry each side for about 3 to 4 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Serve and enjoy!
