To make these butter toffee pretzels, you only need 7 ingredients – butter, brown sugar, corn syrup, pretzels, baking soda, vanilla, and toffee chips. They are super easy to prepare and ready in just a few minutes. All you need to do is make the toffee mixture, pour it over the pretzels, then add the toffee bits. Preheat your oven to 200F.
Place a saucepan over medium heat and melt the butter.
Add the brown sugar and corn syrup to the melted butter. Continuously stir for about 5 minutes, then turn off the heat.
After 5 minutes, stir in the baking soda and vanilla.
Add the entire bag of pretzels in a large bowl, then pour the mixture over them. Toss everything to coat.
Add half of the toffee bits and stir well.
Spread the mixture onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Place inside the oven and bake for an hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
Once done baking, add the rest of the toffee bits on top and enjoy!
