For Decoration
Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, sift together the flour, granulated sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt, then whisk all of them together until well combined, and then add the eggs, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and warm water.
Step 2
Continue to whisk them together until incorporated and smooth. Line a muffin pan with cupcake liners, then fill each liner halfway full with the batter, and bake them in a preheated oven at 350°F or 180°C for about 18 to 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted at the center comes out clean.

Step 3
Once done baking, transfer them to a wire cooling rack to cool down completely at room temperature, and while waiting, prepare the ganache. In a microwave-safe bowl, add the chopped chocolate and heavy cream, then heat them in the microwave at 30-second intervals, and stir them in between each. Put it in the refrigerator to chill for about 30 to 40 minutes while stirring occasionally until creamy.
Step 4
Once everything is ready, remove the center of each cupcake using an apple corer or small spoon, then make sure to reach the bottom of the cupcake, and fill each hole with jam. Pipe the ganache on top of each cupcake, then put cereal balls all over the top until completely covered, and serve. Enjoy!
