Step Two

Step Three

Add brown sugar, vanilla extract, one egg and buttermilk into the bowl with your mashed bananas. Whisk all the ingredients in this bowl together. Once the butter from step two is melted, you can add it to the mixture.

Step Four

Pour the liquid mixture into the bowl with the dry ingredients and fold it together with your whisk.

Step Five

Scoop or pour batter onto the griddle to start the pancakes. Allow them to get golden brown then flip them. Once they’re all cooked, create your stack of pancakes and add butter and syrup on top.
