This sandwich is so good and loaded with lots of goodness, cheese, ham, and tomatoes. This sandwich can also serve more than one person so you can share this if you like. Learn this recipe now and give it a try for breakfast or snack time.

Ingredients for Breakfast Sandwich:

  • 4 pita
  • eggs
  • tomato
  • Ham slices
  • Shredded cheese
  • Butter
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

How to Make Breakfast Sandwich:

Step 1

Slice the tomato and set it aside, then crack the eggs in a bowl, season them with salt and pepper, and beat well. Place a pan on a stove over medium or low heat, then grease it well with butter, and pour in half of the egg tilting the pan to spread the egg evenly on the bottom.

Step 2

Place the pita on top and press it down, then sprinkle cheese on top, place ham slices, and press down another pita on top. Sprinkle cheese on top, then place the tomato slices over it, and cover with pita. Sprinkle more cheese, then put ham slices on top, and put the last pita on top pressing it gently.

Step 3

Pour the remaining half of the egg over the pita, then spread it evenly, and cover the pan with the lid. Allow it to cook for about 2 minutes, then flip the sandwich over, and cook the other side until golden brown. Slice, serve, and enjoy!
