It has been a while since I’ve had a satisfying and delicious breakfast, and it’s all thanks to Yummylog‘s recipe on YouTube! This tasty version of classic egg toast brings your breakfast to another level and it’s more flavorful. This recipe can feed up to 2 people but if you want to make larger batches so you can eat more or you can feed the whole family, then simply add more ingredients as needed.

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices of bread
  • ¼ cup of milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 slices of ham
  • 1 slice of cheese
  • Mayonnaise
  • Sriracha sauce
  • Condensed milk
  • Butter
  • Salt
  • Parsley flakes, for garnish

Directions:

Step 1

Place a pan on a stove over low to medium heat, then melt some butter, and fry the bread one at a time until both sides are nice and golden brown, fry some ham as well and set aside for later. Mix together 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon of sriracha sauce, and 1 tablespoon of condensed milk in a mixing bowl, then spread some on one side of each slice of bread, and bend them in half. Place the bread in a bowl or container where it can keep its bent form, then add a slice of fried ham to each slice of bent bread followed by half a slice of cheese.

Step 2

In a mixing bowl, add the eggs, a bit of salt, and milk, then whisk them together, and cook over low to medium heat while stirring slowly. Place the scrambled egg in each piece of bread, then drizzle them with a mixture of 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise and 2 tablespoons of condensed milk, and garnish them with parsley flakes. Repeat the process if you want to serve more people, then serve, and enjoy!
