Step 1
Whisk the eggs in a large bowl. Then, place a pan on a stove over low heat and melt the butter.
Step 2
Add the eggs, scramble them to your liking, season them with salt to taste, and transfer them to a bowl.
Step 3
Remove the casing of the sausages, then break them up, and put them in a pan followed with water.
Step 4
Cover the pan with the lid, then let the sausage cook for about 5 minutes, and then add the diced onions and bell peppers.
Step 5
Let them cook for 5 more minutes, then garnish it with cilantro, and set it aside.
Step 6
Place a soft tortilla on a flat surface, then put shredded cheese on top followed by scrambled eggs, sausage mixture, and sliced avocado, and then roll it tightly.
Step 7
Do the same for the rest of the ingredients, then lightly coat a skillet with oil, and cook the burritos until golden brown on all sides.
