Breakfast Broccoli Fritters Ingredients

  • 1 cup of chopped broccoli
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ginger garlic paste
  • 1 cup of chopped spring onion (green part)
  • 3 spring onion, chopped (white part)
  • 1/2 cup of shredded carrot
  • 1/2 cup of bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup of corn
  • 1/3 cup of chickpea flour
  • 1/4 cup of wheat flour
  • 1/3 cup of rice flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon of red chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of garam masala
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • sesame seeds

How to Make Broccoli Fritters

Step 1:

Start by adding 1 tablespoon of oil into a pan, followed by the chopped broccoli. Seasoned with salt and pepper. Saute until soft.

Step 2:

Mix in the ginger and garlic paste and cook for 2 minutes. Transfer to a plate.

Step 3:

In a bowl, add the carrot, spring onion, bell pepper, corn, chick pea flour, wheat flour, salt, red chili powder, garam masala, water, and the cooked broccoli. Mix everything until well combined, then stir in the rice flour.

Step 4:

Place a nonstick pan over heat and lightly grease with oil. Add 2 tablespoons of the mixture and spread evenly. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Cover and cook until golden brown on both sides. Repeat with the remaining mixture.
