Not only is it healthy, but it is also flavorful as it is packed with broccoli, spring onion, carrot, bell pepper, and corn. I can have this for breakfast every day.

This broccoli fritter is very easy and quick to make. Just mix all the ingredients together in a mixing bowl, and it’s ready to be cooked on your stovetop. It is a great breakfast choice for kids and adults, as it is nutritious and done in just a few minutes. Even picky eaters will definitely like this simple snack. Start by adding 1 tablespoon of oil into a pan, followed by the chopped broccoli. Seasoned with salt and pepper. Saute until soft.
Mix in the ginger and garlic paste and cook for 2 minutes. Transfer to a plate.
In a bowl, add the carrot, spring onion, bell pepper, corn, chick pea flour, wheat flour, salt, red chili powder, garam masala, water, and the cooked broccoli. Mix everything until well combined, then stir in the rice flour.
Place a nonstick pan over heat and lightly grease with oil. Add 2 tablespoons of the mixture and spread evenly. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Cover and cook until golden brown on both sides. Repeat with the remaining mixture.
Serve and enjoy!
