This yummy cake idea by Greene Thumb Sisters on YouTube is one of my all-time favorite go-to recipes when it comes to summer or holiday desserts. What I love about this is how easy and simple it is to put together, it also doesn’t require much effort, and it is the perfect last-minute dessert that is guaranteed to impress your family or guests. With that said, not only can you serve this after a heavy and hearty family mealtime, but also during parties, holidays, gatherings, or any special occasions that you will be hosting.

Prepare and bake the cake mix according to the package instructions, then once done baking, allow it to cool down completely, and set it aside until needed. In a large mixing bowl, add the blueberry and cherry pie filling along with the crushed pineapples and sliced bananas, then gently mix them all together until fully combined and incorporated. Grab a large and deep serving dish or bowl, then crumble some of the baked cake spreading it all over the bottom, and scoop up some of the prepared filling all over the top until covered. Add some whipped topping on top and spread it evenly, then repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients, and sprinkle some chopped nuts and shredded coconut all over the top. Put it in the fridge to allow it to chill before serving or serve it immediately, and enjoy!
