Ground Beef Fried Rice Ingredients
Beef marinade:
- 7 oz beef
- 2 tablespoons of water
- 2 teaspoons of soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon of rice wine
- 1/8 teaspoon of white pepper powder
- 1 teaspoon of cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons of oil
Others:
- 2 cloves of garlic (finely minced)
- 1 oz onion (finely diced)
- 3 stalks of green onion (chopped)
- 2 teaspoon of rice wine
- 1/4 teaspoon of dark soy sauce
- 2 large eggs (beaten)
- 2 cups of cooked rice
- 1.76 oz of carrot (diced)
- 1/3 cup of green peas
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon of dark soy sauce
How to Make Beef Fried Rice
Step 1:
Transfer ground beef to a bowl. Add water, soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice wine, sugar, white pepper powder, and cornstarch. Mix until well combined. Next, add the sesame oil and regular cooking oil.
Step 2:
Place a pan over medium-high heat and add oil. Add the onion and cook until lightly brown. Add the ground beef and break it into pieces. Cook until almost fully cooked. Add the minced garlic and mix it until well incorporated. Add the rice wine and cook off the alcohol. Lastly, add the dark soy sauce and mix well. Transfer to a plate.
Step 3:
Add a little bit of oil to the same pan, followed by the beaten eggs. Stir fry until fully cooked, breaking them into pieces. Once fully cooked, add the rice to the pan. Mix to combine. Season with salt, soy sauce, and dark soy sauce. Mix until well incorporated.
Step 4:
Add the diced carrot and green peas. Mix well, then bring back the ground beef. Mix again. Toss in the green onions. Turn off the heat and serve.
