Ingredients:

  • 1 & 1/2 ln ground beef
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 & 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 large potatoes, diced
  • 8 oz baby carrots
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • olive oil

Directions:

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. In a bowl, add the ground beef and season it with 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 & 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/2 tsp ground black pepper. Mix well and set aside. Next, add the diced potatoes in one bowl, and carrots and onion in another bowl. Drizzle each with some olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Now, layer two pieces of foil on top of each other. (This recipe makes four packets, so you’ll need eight sheets).

Step 2

Divide the ground beef mixture into four patties, and place each onto the center of the foil. Next, sprinkle the diced potatoes over the meat, then top each with baby carrots and onions. Seal each foil packet starting with the middle, and rolling up the sides. Now, place the packets on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Put them in a preheated 350 degrees oven, and bake them for 45 minutes.
