When I need a recipe or idea for a pastry to bake, I always run to the internet for Savor Easy on YouTube. I have tried a lot of her recipes before and they all turned out amazingly delicious, and now, she’s one of the content creators that I trust when it comes to baking.

If you love muffins and bananas equally, then I’m sure you’ll love this delicious fusion, and even the kids will have a hard time saying no. This is also a great recipe to use when you have overripe bananas, plus, you can also use dried fruits, nuts, or any other toppings that you want!
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350°F, in a large bowl, mash three large overripe bananas, and then add the sugar and oil. Give them a good mix until well combined, then add the eggs and vanilla, and keep mixing until incorporated.
Step 2
Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon powder, and chocolate chips, then mix everything until evenly combined, and then scoop the batter into each muffin cup lined with parchment paper.
Step 3
Place them in the preheated open, then allow them to bake for about 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted at the center comes out clean, and allow it to cool down. Serve and enjoy!
