Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F. Add the pistachios to a food processor, then pulse it a few times until crushed, and then add the basil, garlic, parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Pulse them for a few more times to combine, then while the food processor is still running, pour in the olive oil and hot honey, and keep pulsing until combined.

Step 2

Roll out the dough sheet into a 15-inch square, then dust it with flour, and transfer to a baking sheet. Roll out the remaining sheet of dough, then trim it into a 14-inch circle, and set it aside. Place the wheel of Brie in the center of the dough, then spoon the pesto around the Brie, and sprinkle the parmesan cheese.

Step 3

Lay the circle dough over them, then gently press the dough along the sides, and trim the square dough to the same size as the circle dough. Starting at the base of the Brie, cut the dough into 16 arms, then twist each section of dough 2 times, and brush them with beaten egg.

Step 4

Place the Brie wreath in the preheated oven, then bake it for about 10 to 14 minutes or until puffed and golden. Transfer it to a serving platter, then cut around the circumference of the Brie with a serrated knife, and pull off the top to expose the cheese. Garnish with chili flakes or hot honey, then serve immediately, and enjoy!
