Deviled eggs are a must on almost any occasion and personally, they are the first dishes I look for on the table at every party or gathering! There are a lot of variations to deviled eggs but one of my favorites is this one by HP’s Kitchen on YouTube, this version is super tasty and also very easy to prepare and it will only take a few minutes to finish. Give it a try and you’ll surely not want them served any other way again.
Step 1
Place the eggs in a pot filled with water, then sprinkle some salt, and allow them to boil for about 12 to 15 minutes or until the yolks are firm. Once done boiling, drain off all the water, then give the eggs an ice bath, and allow them to soak for about 5 minutes. Place a pan on a stove over medium-high heat, then add the chopped bacon, and cook them until nice and crispy. Scoop and transfer the cooked bacon to a plate lined with a paper towel to drain off the excess grease, then set them aside, and prepare the eggs.

Step 2
Peel the shells of the eggs, then slice each of them in half lengthwise, and take out the yolk into a large mixing bowl. Take the avocado flesh, then slice it into smaller pieces, and add them to the yolks. Season them with salt, black pepper, lemon juice, chopped jalapeños, spicy mustard, and mayonnaise, then mix them all together, and mash to desired consistency. Taste and adjust the flavor, then once well combined, fill the egg whites with the mixture evenly and serve them as is, or top them with the cooked bacon and some paprika as well. Enjoy!
