Healthy food can still taste delicious and addicting, just like this avocado egg salad by Continental Desi Kitchen CDK on YouTube. This is one of my favorite salads because it’s so good and the dressing is perfectly balanced.

I can eat a whole serving quickly in just one sitting, it’s that good, and I bet you will love this, too. It’s great for people who are on a diet, health conscious, or even when you’re not, and you just love to enjoy a yummy salad for a snack!
Dressing
Step 1
Cut the avocado open in half, then remove the seed at the center, and scoop out the flesh off the skin. Cut the avocado into small bite-sized cubes, then put them in a bowl, and set them aside for later.
Step 2
Dice the tomatoes, cucumber, and onion, then chop the lettuce, and set them aside while preparing the dressing.
Step 3
In a small bowl, add the mustard sauce, mayonnaise, lemon juice, olive oil, honey, oregano flakes, and chili flakes, then stir them until uniform and combined, and then start assembling the salad.
Step 4
In a large serving bowl, add the tomatoes tomatoes, cucumber, onions, lettuce, and avocado, then season them with salt and pepper to taste, and toss them to mix everything.
Step 5
Drizzle them with some of the prepared dressing, then mix them nicely, cut the boiled eggs, and place them on top of the salad. Sprinkle some more oregano flakes if desired, then drizzle more dressing, and serve immediately. Enjoy!
