Crust
Cheesecake Filling
Apples
Toppings, optional
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350°F, then grease a 9-inch baking pan with a nonstick cooking spray, and line it with parchment paper. Add the melted butter, cinnamon, sugar, and graham cracker crumbs in a mixing bowl, then give them a good mix, and transfer the mixture into the prepared baking pan.

Step 2
Spread it evenly to the bottom, then press it down, and let it bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes. In another bowl, add the chopped apples, sugar, and cinnamon, give them a good toss, and set them aside. In the bowl of a stand mixer, add the cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and salt, then beat them for about 15 minutes over medium-high speed until smooth.
Step 3
Add the prepared apples, then gently fold everything together until evenly coated, and pour the mixture over the baked crust. Spread it evenly, then put it back in the oven to bake for 1 hour or until set, and let it cool completely. Slice into bars, then drizzle with caramel sauce and sprinkle with salt. Serve and enjoy!
