Apple fritters, apple pies, apple crisps, apple cobbler, and apple pie bars are just some of the classic apple dessert recipes for Fall. But if you are looking for something different, make this apple loaf bread recipe by Harsha Pundir. It is probably one of the most delicious apple loaf breads I have ever tried. It was moist and flavorful, and the apples were so fresh.

This recipe is very easy to make, just like banana bread. All you need to do is mix all the ingredients, making it a foolproof recipe. Even if you have no baking experience, it will come out perfect. It’s sweet, cinnamony, and packed with delicious apples. If you want some crunch, add some nuts.
For the homemade glaze:
Start by preheating your oven to 350F and lining a 3 x 8 inch loaf cake pan on the bottom and up the two narrow sides.
In a large bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon. Toss in the grated or chopped apples and coat. The apples will release some liquid, but it is fine.
In a large bowl, sift sugar, flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Mix to combine then set aside.
In a different bowl, add all the wet ingredients and mix well.
Add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, then fold gently until you have a smooth mixture.
Spoon half the batter into the prepared loaf pan, then add half of the coated apples. Repeat the layers with the remaining batter and apples.
Place in the preheated oven and bake for 50 minutes at 338F, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Once done baking, let it cool completely on a wire rack.
For the glaze, mix the ingredients in a bowl until creamy. If it’s too dry, add more milk, a teaspoon at a time. Adjust the consistency depending on your preference.
Glaze the cooled cake and let it drip down the sides.
