If you want tasty and fluffy scrambled eggs but don’t want to fry them in oil or in your stove, then try this microwave method by Casual Cooking on YouTube, and you’ll surely love it. This method doesn’t require any other ingredients unless you want to add some according to your preference, it’s super easy to prepare and cook and is done in just about a minute. Ever since I learned this method, I have always preferred cooking eggs this way because they turn out more tasty and fluffy when microwaved. I also love to add a few dash of milk along with salt and pepper to taste, and some butter at the end of the cooking time to prevent it from getting too dry. So perfect for bread, toast, sandwich, or on the side of my favorite dish, you can also serve and eat this at any time of the day. Learn how now.

In a microwave-safe bowl, add the eggs, then beat them, and mix in the seasoning and milk if you want. Put them in the microwave and heat the eggs up for 30 seconds, then scramble them, and put them back in the microwave to cook for another 20 seconds. Take them out, then scramble them one more time, add butter if you want, and heat them up for a final 20 seconds. If you still want to cook your eggs more then leave them in the microwave for longer, then fluff the eggs, and serve. Enjoy!
