Step 1

Prepare and clean the ribs, then pat them dry, and flip them over to a flat surface. Remove the membrane pulling it right off, then slice the ribs into individual pieces, and drizzle it with oil. Rub the oil into the rib pieces, then mix the seasonings in a small bowl until uniform, and sprinkle them over the rib pieces.

Step 2

Give them a good mix and rub the seasonings in until all sides are evenly coated, then place them in a pot along with the sprigs of thyme, and pour in the broth. Cover the pot with the lid, then place the pot on a stove over medium to medium-high heat, and let them cook for about 20 to 25 minutes.

Step 3

Place the cooked ribs in the air fryer basket or tray, then set the air fryer to 400°F, and fry the ribs for about 15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Place the cooked ribs in a bowl, then pour in the BBQ sauce, and give them a good toss until evenly coated. Serve and enjoy!
