Step 1

Grab a ramekin or bowl, then thoroughly grease it with a nonstick cooking spray or melted butter, and make sure to cover the sides evenly. In a separate bowl, add the vanilla protein, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, and light sour cream, then mix them until smooth and combined, and set aside.

Step 2

Preheat your air fryer to 350°F for about 3 to 5 minutes, then pour your batter into the prepared ramekin or bowl, and spread it evenly. Cover the bowl with aluminum foil, then place it in the air fryer basket, and let it cook for 10 minutes.

Step 3

Once done cooking, remove it from the air fryer and let it cool for about 30 to 45 minutes, then put it in the fridge, and allow it to cool completely or until ready for serving.

Step 4

While the cheesecake is cooking in the air fryer, chop the strawberries into small bite-sized chunks, then put them in a microwave-safe bowl, and heat them for a minute.

Step 5

Add in the syrup, then mash the strawberries, and place them in the fridge. After the cheesecake and strawberry topping have chilled in the fridge for around 1 to 2 hours, scoop the strawberry topping over the cheesecake, then serve, and enjoy!
