Ingredients:

  • 3-4 salmon filets
  • 2 tbsp of unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 2 tbsp of soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp of honey
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp of onion powder
  • ½ tsp of black pepper
  • ¼ tsp of salt, or to taste
  • 4 slices of lemon

Directions:

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, add the melted unsalted butter, soy sauce, honey, olive oil, minced garlic, onion powder, black pepper, and salt, then stir them all together, and add the salmon pieces turning them over until well coated. Set them aside and let them marinade for at least 30 minutes, then line your air fryer basket with aluminum foil, and once ready, get the marinated salmon.

Step 2

Lay the lemon slices all over the bottom of the air fryer basket lined with aluminum foil, then place the marinated salmon on top, and pour the marinade sauce all over them. Let them cook at 390°F for about 12 minutes or until it reaches the right internal temperature and the outside start to become, nice, crispy, and golden brown. Once done cooking, transfer the salmon to a serving plate, garnish with the lemon, pour the juices, then serve with some rice or veggies, and enjoy!
