Trace an 8″ x 20″ rectangle on the foam board. On the poster board, draw a large leaf shape and cut it. Draw a big rectangle in the middle and cut it. This will be your pattern.
Trace the pattern on the foam board twice to make 2 pieces. Once done, cut them out.
Draw slanted zigzag patterns on the leaves using a pencil. Trace the lines using hot glue. Set them aside and let them dry completely.
Take the Dollar Tree chopping mats and trace the middle rectangle on the leaf. Make sure to add wide allowances on all sides. Cut it out. Make another one for the other leaf.
Spray-paint the leaves with gold paint and let them dry completely.
Spread some mod podge using a brush on the rectangle of the chopping mat. Sprinkle the confetti and let it dry. Do the same on the other mat.
Glue the mats on the leaves. Get the wood and glue 2 blocks on each end. Place the command trip on the other side of the wood. Make another one then spray paint them with gold color.
Cut the command strips and place them on the blocks, then attach the leaf. Glue the lights on the piece of wood. Do the same on the other leaf. Glue the napkin folder together and fold it. Attach it to the bottom of the leaf. Repeat for the other leaf.
