This rainbow wall art from Aryn Kelson DIY on Youtube is a great addition to your kids’ room! It’s super easy to make, and you will only need four materials from Dollar Tree – quick, easy, and inexpensive. Make this a weekend project to bond with your kids by learning the step-by-step instructions in the video tutorial below.
To start, wrap the yarn around the pool noodle. Make sure that you wrap tightly so that the pool noodle won’t be seen underneath. Once you get to the end, take some hot glue and glue the yarn down. After this, take your second pool noodle, line it with the first, then shape it in an arch shape, then cut the excess that’s hanging over. Now, repeat all those steps with the second pool noodle. Once you’ve finished it, take the first noodle and attach them. First, line up the edges of the two noodles to make sure that the bottoms are lined up. Then, take some hot glue and attach them right at the ends. Grab some rubber bands to tie them in place so the noodles would stay connected while you glue the other side. After you glue both sides, work your way up gluing the middle part of the noodles.

Repeat those steps again but with your third and last pool noodle. After gluing the three pool noodles together, it’s time to make the tassels. Take your nautical rope, fold it in half, and cut off the excess. Take some yarn and wrap it around the loop at the top, hot glue it in place, and cut off the excess. Unravel the rope and brush it out. Trim your tassel to make sure all the threads are about the same length. Take this and stick it inside the hole of the pool noodle. Make several of these. After this, take some yarn and thread it through the back part of your rainbow arch then tie a knot. Do the same thing on the other side. This will serve as the hang of your rainbow arch.
