Halloween is almost upon us! Are your decors in their right places already? If you still don’t have anything to hang for your front door, try making this witch hat wreath from Southern Wreaths on Youtube. This stunning wreath is perfect for the season, and it’s pretty cheap and easy to make, with materials all coming from the Dollar Store. Make this last-minute decor today by watching the video tutorial below.
Start by gathering your mesh and attaching it to the very top with a zip tie. Next, grab your mesh and tuck in both ends that are in your hand and kind of have your hand in a “c” shape as you’re pulling it. This creates a rope and as you’re wrapping it around, you want to overlap it. Continue doing this with your first roll and end it right below the crossbar, pushing it up a little bit so you could attach the end of the mesh with a zip tie. (You can also use this zip tie to start your next roll.) Now, start wrapping again with your second roll of black mesh. After you reach the end, secure again with a zip tie. Now, to make the bundles for the bottom of the hat, cut the mesh into 6″ x 6″ per piece. To make your bundles, shape the pieces into petals and shape them into a flower. Then, gather the middle, pull it up, secure it with a pipe cleaner, and twist it as tightly as possible. Make a bunch of this for the bottom of the hat.

After this, put one bundle over the corner of the hat, then take the right side, twist it three times, push the pipe cleaner up, and wrap it around the bar. Do this until you have added all the bundles at the bottom. After you completely finish the wreath, add a band of purple mesh to it. Find the crossbar beneath the black mesh, then attach the zip tie together with the purple mesh. Create a rope out of the mesh, then just keep wrapping. After this, secure the end with a zip tie. For the tip, add a pipe cleaner through it, twist it up, and make it sturdy. After you wrap it all the way, leave a little bit of hanging, and feed that back through the tip. After this, attach the poof. (Made out of purple mesh.)
