Remove the label of the wine bottles and clean them. Let the dry or you can wipe them. Place 3 of the wind bottles on cardboard or newspaper in an open area and spray paint them white. Make sure that you spray it not too close to the glass as the paint may drip. Paint them in two coats. Once done, let them dry for a few hours.
Take the bottle that is not spray painted. This will be the first one. Wrap the whole bottle with twine. Use a thin layer of hot glue so there won’t be excess glue squeezing between the twines. Make sure that the twine is as close as possible so you won’t see any gaps.
For the second layer. Measure the top part of the bottle by wrapping it around the burlap then cut using scissors. Cut another layer. Use hot glue to attach both layers just below the top of the bottle. Be extra careful with the hot glue as it is hot. Once done, glue twine around the top and bottom of the burlap. Secure with hot glue.
On the third bottle, glue the twine around the middle of the bottle. For the last bottle, wrap burlap around the middle then wrap twine on the top and bottom. Make sure to leave a space between the burlap and twine.
Wrap twine around the letter O. Once done, attach the letters to the middle of each bottle with hot glue. Reinforce the letters with crazy glue.
