How to Make a Watermelon Out of Pink Velvet Cake With Buttercream Icing!

I was completely dumbfounded when I saw how she made this cake!  I was completely baffled!  This is brilliant! The first thing I thought was surely she’s not going to cram that cake into a watermelon shell, but I still thought it was a cool idea, but then, when I saw that she also made the rind out of fondant and food color I couldn’t believe my eyes!

If you want to impress your guests and blow their minds, well, then this is the way to do it!  I’m gonna attempt to make it for the 4th of July celebrations this year.  This will surely be a big hit!
