If you love vintage home decor, you are going to fall in love with this DIY shelving. I know I did! I am already planning to scout flea markets and garage sales for one or more little red wagons next weekend. I had actually seen some shelves like this last summer at a flea market, but they were $220. The going rate to buy one online right now ranges from 100 to 300 dollars on Etsy. I say no to the high price tag and vote to make this creative do it yourself project myself.

Fortunately, this super sweet grandfather decided to make a tutorial video as he made this charming shelf as a gift for his daughter and baby grand-daughter. I was really impressed with his results and this does not look that hard to make, either. Not something just for expert craftsmen or woodworkers.

I can just see this in my kitchen now, with vintage kitchen utensils and gadgets stacked on it, but I can also see it in my bathroom with rustic items and old pharmacy jars. See, I already need more than one wagon to make my dreams come true. Keep me posted on this if you make one, and I will be sure to update you with mine. Since I lover experiments, I’ve alwaysnloved to create, paint, as well as cook and style food. I feel in love with DIY as soon as I discovered it and could not have been more excited when I learned I could share projects with people around the world. Taking photos is a passion of mine, as is design and painting with oils. I love holidays and celebrations, crafting cute little gifts and serving up at least one new recipe I am excited about.
