She Quickly Gives This Table A Stunning Makeover! (WATCH!)

I was in awe when I saw this tutorial! This vintage table was transformed into something absolutely breathtaking! I’m amazed at the simple technique she uses to change an average old table into such a beautiful piece of art!

In this DIY tutorial and vintage furniture makeover, she shows you how to makeover a table with faux aged indigo blue glazed tiles enhanced by a Craqueleur finish. The tile stencils add a lovely decorative touch of faux tile pattern, the easy shading around the tiles make it look real, and the craqueleur finish makes it look like a cherished antique.

I have an old desk that my roommate left here, when he moved…I’ve been staring at for a couple of years now. I knew there had to be some way I could paint it to make it look better, but it sits in my living room and I have so many different pieces of art and color in there that I couldn’t come up with anything that wouldn’t be too distracting or tacky. Then, when I ran across this tutorial I knew it was THE answer to my dilemma over this ugly old desk! Call me beyond excited!

I got busy doing this right away and I have to tell you that it has made a world of difference and I have another piece of art sitting in my living room! When people see it, they think it’s actually tile that’s on top of this desk! I just love it and so do they! It’s pretty impressive to say the least! I’m so thankful for all of the DIY’s available to us. That old ugly, but functional desk, would have probably sat in my living room another few years!
