Ever heard of sock animals? We just learned how to make a sock fox a couple of weeks ago, and I am going to have an entire family of these adorable foxes by the time Valentine’s Day arrives. These DIY Sock Foxes are so cheap and so much fun to make, they are easy to do and they all turn out differently but super cute, this DIY sock fox uses a sock and polyfill stuffing and the results are incredible!
My children and I get very bored frequently and things can easily go haywire at a moment’s notice, so to keep everyone on track, I keep boxes of projects that I can pull out and put in the middle of the table and seat them quietly all round to focus their attention on their own creative spirit. I keep a few boxes of sock projects on hand and one of my favorites is the DIY Sock Fox. This is such a cute, fun project, everyone from old to young love it. The fluffy bedtime socks in fox-like colors work best, but any socks will work for this project.
Start by turning your sock inside out and drawing the ears and shape of the face on the heel part and sew off the ear parts
Then flip right side out and stuff your sock
Then you tie the head part with an elastic band and cut out a white bib and face in sort of a heart shape then glue or sew that onto your fox’s body, then sew on some buttons for your fox’s sweet eyes and nose
This DIY Sock Fox is so adorable, I highly recommend this project.
