This Saran Wrap Party Game is a hoot! I had heard about how fun it was and went searching for a good tutorial on how to make and play this exciting new game at my annual Christmas party I throw every year. I started by assembling my game-making materials on the table, a paper Santa, some saran wrap, of course, an assortment of candy treats, and a Twenty Dollar Bill that will be located at the center of the ball. So the idea of the game is to unwrap the saran wrap and whoever completely unwraps it gets the goodies and the Twenty Dollar Bill, and who doesn’t want a Twenty Dollar Bill. There is a lot of genuine incentive to win this game, let me tell you, the tension mounts as I even speak these words.

Then I got my big roll of saran wrap and started rolling all the goodies in layering thickly through each one. If you cut the saran wrap into strips then alternate directions with your wrapping, it makes the task of unwrapping more difficult for your participants.

Then to play the game, one person rolls the dice while the other player unwraps, when doubles are thrown, the saran wrap ball goes to the next player.

The player who gets to the center wins and gets the Twenty Dollar Bill. We had so much fun at my Christmas party playing this game, I ended up making more but using smaller bill amounts. I made some with Ten Dollar Bills and some with Five Dollar Bills, no matter the amount they were all appreciated. This game was so much fun, I recommend it very highly.
