Dollar Tree DIY Ornament Garland

This 5ft ornament garland by Ramon – at HOME on YouTube shows step by step how to make this for a fraction of the cost. All of the items in this video can be purchased at your local Dollar Tree, and if not, it’s still an affordable project for Christmas decor. This ornament garland can be attached to a plain wreath, so it’s a versatile DIY that can be used for the Christmas tree, mantel, or wreaths. I think it’s an interesting way to make an ornament garland, and I would like to try it out.

Supplies:

• pipe cleaners
• green medium-sized ornaments
• small red ornaments
• ornament with a pattern on it
• any recycled green and red ornaments
• wirecutter
• black electrical tape
• hot glue gun

Directions:

First, take the cap off the ornaments and put a dab of hot glue gun on it to secure it. Then, add the pipe cleaner through the top ornament hook hole and twist to secure. Continue and prewire a whole bunch of both colored ornaments with different textures.

Next, use the tape and tape from the cap of the ornament to the end of the pipe cleaner. Continue to do this for the rest of the ornaments.
