Weigh 20 grams (o.7 oz) each of resin A and B in the resin cup and mix. Stir in a bit of aqua glow powder, then pour it inside the seashell. Leave it for twenty-four hours to let it set. After this, mark where you will put the hang, then drill a tiny hole.
