Summer is here, and I just have the perfect DIY for you this hot season! This DIY floating cooler from LittleThings on Youtube is the answer to your dilemma of not having cold drinks right with you at the pool. This DIY project is perfect, especially if you’re throwing a pool party. You don’t need to bring drinks to your guests at the pool; you can just make a couple of these DIY floaters and put them right in your pool! It’s super easy to make, and you only need basic crafting materials for this. Watch the video tutorial below to learn the step by step instructions.

Materials:

  • cooler
  • pool noodles
  • beverages
  • a load of ice
  • scissors
  • rope

Directions:

Step 1

To start, cut two pool noodles into half using a scissor, then insert the rope into each pool noodle piece, shaping it into a square, then tying the rope at both ends.

Since I lover experiments, I’ve alwaysnloved to create, paint, as well as cook and style food. I feel in love with DIY as soon as I discovered it and could not have been more excited when I learned I could share projects with people around the world. Taking photos is a passion of mine, as is design and painting with oils. I love holidays and celebrations, crafting cute little gifts and serving up at least one new recipe I am excited about.
