Paint your tin bucket and 4 metal containers with a foam brush, makeup sponge, or paint brush with the cocoon color. Leave the center of the metal containers unpainted. You don’t want it to be completely covered as you want an unfinished look. Let it dry for the first coat. Once dry, give them another coat.
Get the garden stake and cut behind the swirls using your wire cutter. Then cut off the flower. Bend it in half using pliers. The top part should line up. Put some hot glue on the top part and wrap with jute twine.
Attach the 4 metal containers to the tin bucket to make the wheels using hot glue and E-6000.
Put hot glue on the bottom of the tin and attach the foam block inside.
Poke the end of the garden stake on one end and add the flowers. Arrange them how you want them to look. You can cut the ends so the stems won’t be long once you insert them into the foam.
Put a little bit of brown paint into your paintbrush and lightly brush it into the tin and wheels to make it look rustic and old.
Using the jute twine, add some rims to the wheels. Attach them using hot glue.
