DIY Daisies Using Cotton Buds Tutorial

Materials:

• cotton buds
• barbeque sticks
• small plastic container
• scissors
• hot glue gun
• green clay
• toothpick
• yellow marker
• jute rope

Directions:

Step 1

Cut the barbeque sticks into the size of the plastic container. Once done, glue them into the container using hot glue and completely cover it. Let it dry. After drying, stuff the inside with green-colored clay, tapping the top nicely and evenly, then prick a few times using two toothpicks to give it texture. Set it aside.

Step 2

Next, cut the heads off the cotton buds (you’ll need a bunch) and set aside. Once done, pick one cotton bud, and then glue the heads around it to make the daisy flower (about eight cotton heads). Let it cool before attaching the next cotton head. Repeat these steps to make more daisy flowers. Once you have enough flowers, color the center with a yellow marker. After this, place the daisies into the mini pot you made earlier, inserting the bottom into the clay (make sure to cut the head off the cotton buds in the bottom). Tie a jute rope around the pot for added design.
