My Mom and I love to sew, and since Christmas was coming up, so I wanted to sew her something really special, so I went looking on Youtube for an interesting idea she could use in her sewing room. I found this beautiful cross stitch mini Pincushion pillow video tutorial by Lori Holt, on YouTube, that could make beautiful pincushions. If you sew, you completely understand that we seamstresses collect a lot of pins, glass pins plastic round headpins, headpins, etc…  The list goes on and on, so a variety of pincushions makes perfect sense!  This cross stitch mini pincushion that I found on Youtube was so gorgeous, I knew my Mom was going to love it. I already had a piece of vintage cross stitching and a few gorgeous antique buttons I bought from an antique fair in Fredricksburg, Texas that was perfect for the project. I started by getting my materials together.
