Fold the towel in half two times. Using your scissors, cut a curve from one corner to another corner. When you open the folds, it should look like an oval.
Fill a deep container with soil or sand, then insert the big tube vertically. Make sure that it can stand on its own. Fill it with water. Get a small plastic bowl, and cover it with plastic. Place it on top of the tube.
Place the towel on top of the small bowl. The back should be longer than the front. Make a small mark on the middle of the bowl. Cut a small circle on that mark.
Mix cement with water until it becomes a paste, then prepare a small container filled with water.
Dip the towel into the water, then squeeze it well. Transfer it to the cement paste. Make sure you soak it well.
Place the towel onto the form you prepared earlier. Fix the pleats and make sure that the hole is in the center of the bowl. While it dries, brush the cement paste to the pleats.
Once the excess cement hardens a little bit, form it into a thick ring on top. This will act as the stand of the pot. Let it dry for a little bit.
Remove the plastic and bowl in the center. Spray the inside with water and brush cement paste to cover the towel. Let it dry completely.
Paint it with any preferred color.
