I got 15 bath scrubbies last year to give away as gifts at Christmas time, I ended up choosing other gifts and I had almost forgotten about them until I saw this brilliant DIY on Youtube describing how to make a Christmas door wreath out of bath scrubbies, of all things. Well, I was very intrigued to say the least, so I dragged out my last year’s bath scrubby gifts that never found a home and gave this cool project a go. I started by, going inside my scrubbies with small scissors to release the inside tie and then reeled it up in my arm and used a cheap styrofoam circle wreath base I bought at Michael’s Craft Store.
Then I really could not believe how well this was going, I just cut the styrofoam wreath base and slid the unreeled bath scrubby over the styrofoam just squishing and arranging as I went, it got fluffy instantly.
Then when I had gotten all of the bath scrubbies on, I pulled out my trusty hot glue gun and glued the cut together. Then I just hot glued some festive Christmas pom-poms on randomly here and there, scattered over the fluffy white snowlike bath scrubby tulle netting and then just hung it on my front door. This DIY Bath Scrubby Wreath was so easy I decided to make more for all my friends, I had fifteen scrubbies and I had only used two on the wreath so that meant I could make 6 more! These look great, I recommend this project ver highly.
